STOP! Read This Before Moving Forward
If your package arrived damaged or appears to be lost, please follow these instructions carefully. Filing a claim yourself may lead to a denial or a significant delay in the process. Our team is here to handle the paperwork for you.
Step 1: Save Everything
Do not throw away any boxes, bubble wrap, or packing materials.
Do not dispose of the damaged item.
The shipping carrier may require an inspection of the original packaging to approve the claim.
Step 2: Document the Damage
Please take clear, well-lit photos of the following:
The outside of the box (showing the shipping label and any visible dents or punctures).
The inside of the box (showing how the item was cushioned).
The damaged item itself (close-ups of the specific damage).
Step 3: Gather Proof of Value
We cannot file a claim without proof of what the item is worth. Please have one of the following ready to attach to your email:
A sales receipt or invoice.
A screenshot of the online transaction.
Step 4: Contact Us
Email the store location where you shipped your package and include your tracking number in the subject line. Attach photos of the damage (item and packaging), your proof of value, and any additional information useful to your claim.
