Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the guidelines of our business, in accordance with industry standards set by the Association of Mail & Business Centers. Please note that these terms and conditions may be revised without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

Copyrights and Permissions:

Clients assume full responsibility for obtaining permissions, copyrights, ensuring confidentiality, and verifying the legitimacy of any materials printed, copied, scanned, bound, laminated, packed, or shipped at our business.

Prohibited Items:

Certain items are strictly prohibited due to their hazardous, illegal, dangerous, or restricted nature. These items include, but are not limited to, lithium batteries, perfume, alcoholic beverages, firearms, controlled substances, currency, tobacco products, cannabis products (including CBD products), gambling devices, human remains, live animals, gases, poisons, pressurized items, dry ice, combustible and corrosive materials, infectious and radioactive substances, explosives, drug paraphernalia, weapons, and any other items restricted or prohibited by carriers or governmental bodies. It is the client's responsibility to declare such items before attempting to ship them. If any prohibited items are discovered, they will be confiscated, and shipping fees will not be refunded. The client is liable for any fines imposed by carriers for shipping such substances. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment for any reason.

Independent Small Business:

While we are not a Post Office, we are an approved Postal Provider for USPS, a DHL ServicePoint, a UPS Access Point, and a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter®. As an independent business, we offer competitive rates independent of the carriers' rates. Please note that we do not physically transport or deliver shipments; we tender them to the carrier chosen by the client. The client must comply with all regulations and policies dictated by the chosen carrier.

Address, Delivery, and Tracking:

The client is responsible for ensuring that the address on the label is accurate and complete. If the carrier needs to correct the address or deliver to an alternative address, the client agrees to pay any fees associated with this additional service. Unless the client requests a delivery signature at the time of shipping and pays the applicable fee, the carrier may deliver the shipment without obtaining a signature. Neither our business nor the carrier is liable for loss or damage occurring after delivery. Please note that a "tracking number" provided by the United States Postal Service on your receipt is not considered a reliable tracking method. For accurate tracking, we recommend upgrading to a FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipment.

Drop-Offs:

We accept dropped-off items for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS (prepaid labels) for $1.00 per parcel.  We accept no responsibility for these shipments or their contents. By dropping off shipments, clients fully absolve and hold harmless our business, its owners, and employees from any injuries or damages resulting from the handling, storage, and transportation of dropped-off shipments. Clients are fully responsible for reimbursing any costs, fees, or expenses arising from such shipments.

Packaging, Loss, Damage, and Declared Value:

We provide professional packaging services. The client assumes full responsibility for any damage to items not fully packaged by our business. In order to process any claims effectively, the client must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of shipment delivery or within 10 days of non-delivery, note obvious damage on the carrier's delivery document, retain packing materials and cartons, and cooperate with instructions from our business and the carrier during the claim process. Our liability for loss or damage to any article is limited to the lesser of the actual cash value, the amount required for repair or replacement, or the declared value at the time of shipment. Each client is provided $100 of declared value coverage for non-document shipments carried by FedEx, UPS, and DHL. However, there is no coverage for items carried by the United States Postal Service. Additional coverage values may be declared for FedEx and DHL shipments at the time of shipping, subject to applicable rates. It is important to note that coverage does not guarantee claim payment. Certain items, such as televisions, monitors, plate glass, neon signs, Lladro and Hummel figurines, are considered "inherent vice" and are always excluded from coverage. Computers and electronic devices are only covered for external casing damage and not for internal or screen damage, while software is never covered. To establish the actual cash value in case of damage or loss, the client must provide an original invoice or receipt dated no more than one year prior. The declared value at the time of shipment is not considered acceptable proof of value. Under no circumstances shall our business be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from loss, damage, non-delivery, or delayed delivery. Once a claim for loss or damage has been paid or denied, the client waives any further rights to file claims for that particular shipment, acknowledging the final decision of the carrier.

Storage:

Our secure storage facility strictly prohibits storing liquids, candles and wax, currency, jewelry, plants, animals (dead or alive), weapons (including anything that fires a projectile), gases and pressurized containers, medications, drugs (including cannabis and cannabis products), perishable items, hazardous materials, illegal items, or potentially dangerous substances. We reserve the right to open and inspect any item we deem suspicious. If prohibited items are found, they will be disposed of, and the client will not be reimbursed for their value. The client bears full responsibility for any consequential claims, cleaning fees, fines, and damages to other clients' items, our business, and our team members' personal facilities, vehicles, and property resulting from incidents related to the storage of prohibited items (e.g., leaks, fires, odors, fumes, etc.). Storage terms must be prepaid, and failure to make payment for 30 days will result in stored items being considered abandoned and subsequently disposed of. If a client requests an item to be retrieved from storage and then returned, a $15 per item accessing fee will apply. Each stored item is covered for up to $100 against visible outer carton damage only. While we handle items with care, we cannot be held responsible for preexisting conditions of the contents or how they are packed. In the event of a claim, the client must retain all cartons and packing material in the same condition as when returned, enabling inspection to determine if the items were packed adequately for normal handling. Our packing requirements adhere to the industry standards used by FedEx, DHL, and other commercial shipping companies for their coverage requirements. Prohibited items, electronics, handles, and wheels on luggage and containers are always excluded from coverage. If items are to be shipped at the end of the storage term, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to additional shipping terms and conditions posted by our business.
