How We Calculate Your Rates
At Two Sisters Shipping, every item we ship is unique and requires custom professional packing. Our rates are calculated as follows:
Professional Handling: Starts at $12.00. This covers pickup, labor, high-quality corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, and foam.
Heavy-Item Scaling: For items over 5 lbs, we add $1.20 per pound. This ensures we use heavy-duty, double-walled boxes and extra reinforcement for safe arrival.
Carrier Choice: We utilize UPS Ground to provide commercial rates and superior tracking. We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS upon request.
Dimensional (DIM) Factor: Large, lightweight items are billed based on the space they occupy (Volume) if it is greater than the actual weight.

We love saving you money! We will consolidate multiple auction wins into a single shipment whenever it is safe to do so.
Consolidation Fee: A small $5.00 fee per additional auction lot applies to cover the extra materials and labor for combined packaging.
Timing: Consolidation applies to items picked up during the same business week.

Additional Handling ($30.00 - $46.50): Applies to items over 50 lbs, or if the longest side exceeds 48 inches.
Large Package Surcharge ($220.00+): Applies to extremely bulky items (Length + Girth exceeding 130 inches). We recommend a custom quote for furniture or large trunks.
High-Value Insurance:
Up to $100: Included
$100.01 – $300.00: $3.45
Over $300.00: $1.15 per $100 of value
Consolidation: $5.00 per additional auction win added to the same box.
