Two Sisters Shipping in Connecticut. This message is being sent because we were unable to reach you by phone. You should have received a payment link via text from a separate number regarding the shipping, packing, and/or pickup for your recent auction purchase. Please submit payment within 3 business days, as the link will expire and storage charges will begin to incur after that time. Credit card processing fees are charged at a rate of 3.5% on links. You can send a certified check if you prefer, just let us know at auctions@twosistersship.com.
If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please do not submit payment yet. Let us know first, and we’ll adjust the total to include coverage. If you do not elect insurance coverage, you will not be able to make a claim or get any reimbursement for your item or for shipping (if available). Your item(s) will be sent to the address you provided to the auction company. If you would prefer them sent to a different address, email us at auctions@twosistersship.com. Tracking info will be sent once payment is received.
